Colocasia Ele Paio or 'Milky Way'

Colocasia 'Milky Way' (also known as Colocasia Ele Paio) is a striking tropical plant renowned for its eye-catching, celestial foliage. This rare elephant ear stands about 3 feet tall and features large, heart-shaped leaves adorned with a unique marbled pattern. The foliage showcases a dramatic mix of creamy white, pale green, and occasional hints of silver, with paint-like white flecks and some leaves entirely white on one side. This variegation gives the plant a starry, galaxy-like appearance, making it perfect for adding a touch of drama to both indoor and outdoor settings.
 
Milky Way thrives in warm, humid environments and rich, organic, moist soil. Although it grows quickly, it’s essential to shield it from direct sunlight, which can burn its delicate white markings.
